28-4-2009 - 14 Weeks 3 Days

OK, Well I am finally 14 weeks, but I have to say that this is the most "unpregnant" I have felt so far. I have the majority of my energy back and no other symptoms have been bothering me (knock on wood!!). I guess the only thing that makes me feel pregnant right now is the fact that I am for sure showing! I look NOW like I did at at 20 weeks with my first pregnancy. People are starting to comment on my belly and I actually like it, with my first pregnancy I was so concerned about how much weight I gained that everyone was afraid to comment. I never even look at the scales when I go to the doctor now!! I still eat healthy and have gained a little bit of weight, but I am going to enjoy this pregnancy more and ignore the #'s on the scale. I am getting excited to hear my little one's heartbeat next week at my 16 week appointment, and then around 20 weeks I will find out what it is!!! At my doctor you only have 1 ultrasound at 18-20 weeks so I am very excited for it! With my son we waited until 20 weeks and our pictures and video were amazing and much more defined than some of our friends who chose to go at 18 weeks. I am not a patient person, but I am waiting until 20 weeks again with this one, and it can not come soon enough!
