Ok, So I am 18 weeks 4 days today and I have to say I am feeling pretty good! I posted a pic of my belly and it is getting BIG, but it's just my belly and I am enjoying it! My little baby boy will be turning 1 tomorrow and I can't believe, it really does seem like just yesterday he was born! Now he is walking, talking and pooping even more!!!! I love him soooo much, I am starting to get that feeling, "how will I be able to love 2 babies this much and pay enough attention to both?" His party is this Sunday and I can not wait.....lots of cleaning to be done!

Anyways, I am feeling great, but it is starting to get warm here and I am realizing how long of a summer this is going to be.....a long, HOT summer! One more week until my u/s to find out the sex and I can not wait! Everyone around me has come to the conclusion that this one is a girl, but I think boy.....who knows I just want to see the little baby and know that everything is fine! Then, we are half way there and I think that the rest of it is going to fly! (well at least I hope so)

I feel just as you describe it! It's un-nerving to just hold faith that your love will grow to accomodate both children. Right now I get such guilty feelings about putting my little girl through this-- she is only 16 mos, and it's like I didn't even give her a chance to grow up a little bit before splitting my time with a new baby. My mom has assured me that I will not have to "share" my affection, and that it grows exponentially.... we'll see I guess (I hope!)

I am feeling exactly the same thing! My baby girl is 10 months old today and I am so nervous about having another one in just a few months. I love her so much and I am so afraid that she won't understand it when the new baby comes. Plus, she's at that age now where she is putting everything in her mouth and getting into everything, and giving me a daily heart attack. I am so worried about my ability to keep an eye on her (you have to watch her like a hawk) and take care of a newborn! Glad to know that I'm not alone though.
