Just a quick blog to let you know i got my physio app through finally.. Its for next Tues 19th @ 12pm.... Hopefully it'll help sort out this SPD - Although im not really in as much pain since the Bowen treatment and im sleeping a bit better..maybe the bowen is helping :)

***Update on physio Apointment***
Well, i had my app this morning and it went well. She done a deep tissue massage and realigned the bones for me, gave me a stretch to do every day to help with the pain.... Have to go back again next weds and will more than likely need weekly visits. She gave me a belt to wear and said id prob need a brace towards the end, which im REALLY hoping i wont as they're so uncomfortable...... Also told me to invest in a Gym ball for sitting around on as they make me sit up straighter and take weight off my tailbone, so im sitting on it now as i type...lol. As i've said before , im willing to try anything so i wont end up on crutches so weekly visits wont bother me... Will see how i get on for the next week doing these stretches - Fingers crossed for me that they work xx
