29-7-2009 - Eeeek

My mood while writing this blog: Nervous

I woke up in the middle of the nite with some cramping, a little worse then normal, didnt really think to much of it and went back to sleep. This morning after going to the bathroom I realized I am spotting a little bit. Everyone keeps telling me this is normal in the first trimester but its still scary. Called the Dr at about 8 am (got the answering service of course) and I still havent heard back from him/her (dont know who is on call today). Its been almost an hour!! WTH? Maybe its not a big deal and they know this, but hello? Could someone fill me in?? I'm a nervous wreck over here.. Plus we are leaving for vacation in 2 days, and I dont want to be 4 hours away and god forbid have something happen... I work at the same hospital my Dr's are located in, seriously I am about to track him/her down for some answers ;) ANYWAY sorry for ranting.. Did anyone else have this happen early in a pregnancy? (by the way its only a tiny amount of blood & af type cramping)
