Well, it's now February. I'm having my last baby THIS MONTH! I've really enjoyed this whole pregnancy. I'm so excited to see what this little beauty will look like. My whole outlook has been relaxation. Just enjoy, relax and be pregnant because it will come to an end at some point! Knowing that in the next 3 weeks or so, my girlie will be here is SO EXCITING! I've been feeling pretty good. Feeling kind of crampy at the end of the day now. I've been dreaming about being in labor and nursing my baby. Maybe that means things might happen soon?! Who knows! I'm having my traditional prebaby pedicure on Saturday and after that she can come when she pleases :) Maybe this will be my last weekly blog...

Still pregnant. Don't think she's coming anytime soon... Not anxious at all. Enjoying these last few weeks ♥

Wednesday January 18, 2012 [36 weeks]

Time is still flying by... Still FLYING by! The end is supposed to drag on but not for me! Christmas felt much slower then this. She's going to be here anytime now. A few days ago I had 6 contractions throughout the day. Enough that they hurt ALOT and I had to hold onto the counter when they happened. It kind of made me realize that THINGS WILL BE HAPPENING SOON! I finally got my act together and got all the baby stuff ready. I packed her hospital bag, got the bassinet all ready, put all her clothes and blankets away, got the carseat ready and made my list of a few things left to get. All I need to do now is pack my bag and we're totally ready. Geez, I had all this done with Jaime by 24 weeks lol, and Sienna probably 30 weeks. Kind of left it to the last minute this time :) I'm still feeling so good. Getting the GBS swab on Friday and my doc will check and see if I've made any progress yet. I know that means NOTHING! With Sienna I was 3cm dialated at this point and she was still a week late... I've been so set on this baby being late that I'm just not anxious at all for it to be over. I'm so close to the end now I'm just savoring having her all to myself and the extra time I still have to myself :) Maybe she'll be early and surprise us! I want her to stay put at least until February then I'm down lol!! I say come whenver you'd like, AFTER February 1st :)

Wednesday January 11, 2012 [35 weeks]

Time is still flying by. Another week down already. Next Friday I have my last appointment then start going weekly until 40 weeks! With my girls I was so DONE being pregnant at this point but this time is so different. I'm uncomfortable, sore, and huge but I'm still loving being pregnant. Things are still easier with one baby still on the inside!! Reality is too, I know how fast a month goes by. Especially with everything I still need to prepare :S I've been really procrastinating on getting my baby stuff ready. All her clothes are washed but still just folded up in the basket... I need to buy some diapers, and a few newborn odds and ends. I have a master list of everything I want done before February starts. Slowly over the next couple weeks I'll start crossing things off it :) I just can't believe how fast this pregnancy has gone. It feels like just yesterday I was 4 or 5 weeks and now here I am in the home stretch. This may very well be my last baby and I'm just trying really hard to soak it all in. Just living in the moment everyday and not trying to just get to tomorrow. I think that's a huge reason why time is going so fast, just because I'm not focused on it at all.

Wednesday January 4, 2012 [34 weeks]

Well, I haven't written in a few weeks. Christmas and New Year's were both great! We had tonns of family in town and that made the past few weeks really fly by! I can't believe I'm 34 weeks already. Officially due, NEXT MONTH, whoa! I'm one who thinks time always flies by so I know how quickly it's going to be February. I'm still feeling really good. My back is pretty sore at the end of the day but, I'm pregnant lol, so it's to be expected. My belly is dropping every day, Geoff says it looks 'droopier' lol. I told him droopy is not a nice word to describe any part of my body right now lol! Baby is head down and I'm guessing she's about 5-6lbs now. I'm so so excited to see who she looks like. My girls look completely different so I wonder what nature will come up with this time! I haven't really organized any baby stuff yet or packed my hospital bag but hopefully I'll get it all done sometime this month.

11 days until Christmas!!! I'm so excited for my girls this year. They went to see Santa today and just that made me tear up a bit :) They we just so so SO excited! I'm loving that the 'slow' part of this pregnancy is filled with Christmas and New Years. It's really making the days go quickly. I have been still nesting like mad. Cleaning every day, all day :s I have Mary-Kate's room filled with all my baby stuff. It's not organized at all, but it's all in one place. I'm waiting for January to get it all set up and officially READY! My SPD has been quiet this week, THANK GOD! It only bothers me really at night, but I can deal with that. Now I've been getting sciatic pain in right hip, butt cheek and leg. I guess if it's not one thing it's another. The joy's of pregnancy... I had my dr's appointment last Friday. I've gained 10lbs now. Day one of pregnancy I was 170lbs. I lost 17lbs at my 1st appointment at 11w2d. So I've gained that back, plus 10lbs. Not bad, I'm really hoping to keep it at 10lbs more... Baby's heartbeat was strong and around 150bpm. My belly was measuring right on track at 30cm. She is so wiggly in there! I love watching my belly roll and poke around. I'm lucky I have a long torso, I have yet to get any kicks to the ribs. It was the same with Sienna, I never felt her in my ribs once. Overall, I'm feeling really good and really excited to meet my new girl ♥

Wednesday December 7, 2011 [30 weeks]

Nesting like crazy this week. Sleep...terrible. Non-existent. Heartburn, SPD, feeling LARGE!!! Going to try the chiropractor Saturday morning, hopefully I can get some relief. My pelvis just feels like it's going to break in half :( Feeling excited for Christmas and the fact that another month is over :)

Wednesday November 23, 2011 [28 weeks]

Wow, 84 days to go and counting! Had my last monthly check up today. My belly is measuring 29cm and baby is head down :) I've offcially gained 3lbs now. After losing 17lbs in the first trimester and have now gained that back plus 3 more lbs. I really hope to only gain 10 more lbs and I know that's doable. I've been eating a LOT lately and not that much good food. For me I know, I need to snack better. My SPD is getting really bad. It used to be bad by the evening but now it's pretty unbearable by about 1pm, which SUCKS! I'm going to try the chiropractor this week. I really hope it helps a little bit. My doctor was measuring my belly today and she just wanted to check and see if the pain I'm experiencing is indeed SPD. She pressed on the spot where the most pain is and I just about jumped off the table. It HURT SO BAD!!! She's like, yup, definetely SPD. Other then chiropractor, just tylenol, hot water bottle and hot baths to help with the pain. I've been really tired and feeling really...pregnant lol. It came on really fast I guess and I wasn't prepared. I'm usually on the go all day and now being completely wiped by 1pm is getting me kind of down :( I'm anemic too so I'm sure that's not helping, but neither are the iron pills lol! Time is still flying. I'm onto 2 week appointments now at the doctor until the beginning of January, then weekly until 40 weeks. Time is FLYING!
