Well, we got yet another call from DSS February 27th. Still dont have the background checks needed. Apparently they do background checks in other states by county and not states wide. It is ok though. We are leaving Friday for a much needed 10 day vacation and while we are gone since we will be in my Dh's hometown we are gonna get his back ground check ourselves. And then I will mail off all we need for my other background check when we get back. We are at least a little bit closer. I am just so frustrated at the whole thing. Here we are stable couple with the means and desire to have a child and we are having to jump through all these hoops. It will be ok though. I keep thinking good things come to those who wait and we have waited and waited so hopefully our good thing will come soon. Congrats to all who got their BFPs and baby dust to all those still TTC.
