My mood while writing this blog: tired |
So had to visit the doctor today and the news I got wasn't so great. Been having trouble with my left hand ( I'm left handed so this don't help ) Thing is my thumb and finger keep tingling and going numb. This is not really painful more a pain in itself. The last week it has become so much worse with my hand becoming numb and weak ( so weak I find it hard to open a bottle water ) Doctor tells me this is due to a condition named Carpel tunnel syndrome. It's not rare in pregnant woman and many suffer due to the added water they retain in their bodies. So I have been refered to the Physiotherapy unit at my local hospital. Here they will review the problem and fit a wrist sprint. BUMMER.
I'm now almost 18 weeks ( tomorrow ) Baby is busy moving around and I have my next appointment with the midwife on the 3rd July and my 20 week scan on the 13th :) Can't wait and hope they can tell if I'm having a boy or girl.
Hope everyone is well and having a great start to there week.xx
