My mood while writing this blog: Ok

HI there everyone. I havent been on here for ages so thought id better update my page. I have just had my 30 week scan last week and was a bit worried as my placenta has been low I was over the moon to find out that it has shifted and will be abe to hav a normal birth ! yeh.... just got to wait another 9 weeks or so now and my little girl will be here. I have everything sorted for the nursery and my hospital bag is packed - though id better be prepared as we have no family round us at the moment being posted in Germany (army) and my son came 4 weeks early ! I feel fine still working and planning on leaving the end of Nov - how soon are you guys going on your maternity leave ???? im wordering if I should go a bit earier x Hope everyone is well.

hi claire, your looking fab, just seen your holiday pics!! glad the scan went well and a normal birth is what you will have. You are so organised i know you have 4 weeks on me but i have NOTHING sorted. All i have is a white started pack from mothercare and a couple of knitted cardi's that my neighbour made lol. Did you decide on a name or are you waiting till she arrives? I think if you leave work early you will be bored unless you are really tired then fair enought but i am due to be taken in the week before my due date of 26th jan and i am working right up till xmas eve which only leaves me 4 weeks to sort everything including the big clean up after xmas the getting megs back to school the nursery and everything else! do you think i am leaving it a bit late? my sister is going mad at me as i am so unorganised. At least with the starter pack it will have something to wear when it is born!! you take care princess xxxx

Hey good to hear from you! You get to have a normal birth, that is good news! It is nothing wrong with preparing early. If my plans go accordingly, my last day of work will be Nov 25 and I plan on going back Dec 21, I work from home and I want my holiday pay and I will be out of benefit time :-) Take care and I will talk to you soon!
