Where are you going to have the baby? Wexham Park

What kind of birth do you want? Natural if poss but if midwife feels cseaction is ness then thats fine.

Who do you want to be with you as your birth partner? My husband Darren, nobody else to be allowed in what so ever.

Do you have any special requirements to help you through labour? No not really, i dont want any other family memebers let in whiles i am in labour or after the birth, the first person i want to see is my daughter courtney.

What is your ideal method of pain relief? I'll go with gas and air to start of with and if I/Midwife feels epidural is needed then I am happy with that.(Im not here to win any oscars.)

Do you want your waters broken or to wait for it to happen naturally? What ever my midwife feels is best for me and the baby at the time.

Would you rather tear naturally than have a episiotomy? I would rather not tear at all but once again I'll leave it to the midwife's decression, what ever they feel is best at the time.

Do you want yourr partner to cut the cord? Yes if poss and no issue arise, if he doesnt due to problems arising than that is fine.

Would you like your baby to be given to you immediately after being born? Yes i would really like this to happen, but once again if problems do arise and this cant happen then so be it but i would like to see her if you cant give her to me staright away.

Do you want to breastfeed your babyas soon after the birth as possible? I want to bottle feed my baby

Do you want your baby with you all the time? Yes i would.

Would you like the placenta to be delivered with the aid of drugs ofnaturally? I dont mind i will leave it up to the midwife and what she feels will be best at the time. What ever way will make all our lives alot easier.

Are you happy to have student midwives or medical students present at the birth? Yes that is fine, everybody has to learn some how.

Any other request? Yes,only my husband is to be present/allowed into the room whilst i am in labour/giving birth and that whilst I am in labour no way what so ever is any other person including any family members (espc my mother in law or mother) are to be present in the room whilst i am in labour or giving birth or if i had my way in the entire hospital.If anyone rings up the labour ward asking about me(apart from my husband) I would like them to be told nothing, please don't even tell them I'm there (otherwise they just wont go away)After I have given birth the first person I want to see is my daughter Courtney along with my husband, I don't want any other visiters what so ever until i have seen my daughter. Please feel free to be rude to my mother in law as she is a pest and doesnt listen to what she is being told.
