11-7-2008 - 36 Wk. doc appt.

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Ok so I went to my 36 wk. appt. this Wednesday which I was so excited to go to cuz I just knew that I had made progress considering all of the braxton hicks, pelvic pain, & frequent urination I've been experiencing. But what does dr. have to say Do not pass go, Do not collect $200 cuz baby is still high & cervix is closed, Whomp, Whomp!!! I wanted to cry & challenge his examination!!!! So u mean to tell me those painful contractions, excuse me, BRAXTON HICKS, to be medically correct, that nearly took my breath away were just for play play, U gotta B Shitten' Me!!!! I didn't say a word though I just kindly sat up, got dressed, & proceeded to the front to schedule my appt. for next week, however I'm pretty sure my facial expression said it all. On the brighter side happy to report that baby is doing well & she must just love it in that cramped, tight, dark space. I'm just so exhausted at this point in the pregnancy hott, tired, body aches, sleepless nights, stomach feels like if it stretches anymore it'll pop, downright cranky & miserable. BTW whatever happened to those that told me the 2nd time around I would dilate faster etc. etc? Well at least I know that within 3 1/2 more weeks I will have a baby, so I guess I can smile :) Well, Until next week mommies, take care!!!!!

Hang in There!!! I had my lil' bean at 38 weeks and one day so i know anything can happen no matter what the doc says these babies have their own minds and know exactly when they wanna come out! Make sure your bags are packed! and lmao about the "for play play" comment that was funny cause its sooo true!

I know the feeling girl! You should read my Braxton Hicks journal entry - LOL! I felt that when I drank more water, they would go away so you might want to try that. Sorry your in pain, but it'll be all over soon girlfriend! Take Care and keep me posted when our lil lady arrives!

awww! Girl I know Im gonna be feeling like you. My best friend told me it gets exhausting at the end. She also told me the best way to start dilating is to have sex lol Penetration is the key. I think if im desperate enough I'll do that at the end ahahah
