15-9-2009 - 16-18 weeks

My mood while writing this blog: Reflective

Yeesh I am terribly behind on this blog which I had really hoped wouldn't happen so I will do a quick recap of the past 3 weeks.

I am trying to make everything pregnancy related and nothing Edwin related so that I can show this to my new baby and not have them feel left out.

I have been feeling the baby move a lot lately and I am also getting to be a decent size. I seem to have lost weight because of a stomach bug that I had this past week but am trying to gain it back. DH gives me constant trouble about not eating enough. :( I do eat though but not nearly as much as I would have with Edwin. Now I think I have a UTI so I am headed to the doctor to see about that. Feeling the baby move this time is very strange because it is starting to get pretty strong and really give me some good ones. It really brings back memories and it is making me feel closer to this baby I think. I am starting to get very attached to this little peanut for sure. Only 8 days until I find out the sex! I hope baby cooperates... As far as symptoms go I am pretty implanted in second trimester so I am not really feeling much these days. I am certainly more out of breath than usual and still feeling faint and dizzy at times. I think I try to do too much because, well.. there is so much to do! I forget that I am supposed to be taking it easy which is so polar opposite from my last pregnancy where I was afraid to do anything for fear of hurting the baby. Funny how things change.

I wonder how many more changes are in store for me in the next little while...
