18-11-2009 - 24-27 weeks

My mood while writing this blog: Disorganized

Again it is taking me too long to update my blog but at least this way I have something to write about.

I had a midwife appointment yesterday and it is already time for the Glucose test. Can you believe I am at the every two week part of the prenatal care already? It took me a min to compose myself when she told me that. I mean I knew I was at that point but for some reason it made me realize that this baby is coming very soon and I am not at all ready for it yet. I also know from experience that I don't "need" the items that I am missing but they would really be nice to have and the nesting freak part of me is making me think I need them more than I do. I am also moving next weekend and that is not helping matters any either because I am tired and don't want to pack and don't have a lot of help and apparently just want to complain in my blog.

U/S to check the position of the Placenta is Dec 15th. If it isn't allowing 2cm of space from the cervix it will be C-section time for me. I REALLY hope it moves up before that. Feeling good otherwise, my hips are killing me again which isn't good considering I am only 27 weeks and the mifwife says that is a good sign for an easy labour. I would like to refer you to my birth story and you tell me if sore hips means S*(%. I vote no.
