So I'd like to include some fun little things like "Advise For A New Mom" and have it written throughout the Mommy & Me Pilates DVD. If you'd like to include something then message my page with some advise.
It can be funny, silly, serious, supportive, informative, etc. Just a few lines are best. I have a few written from some friends already. Here is an example:
"Pampers for boys, Huggies for girls," "Enjoy, it goes way too fast!"

For your advice to new moms...
Have more burp rags, waterproof pads, and breast pads than you think you might need
Sleep when the baby sleeps--everyone says to do it...but really do it!
Newborn onsies are easier if they cross across the chest to snap and don't go over the head; sleepers are easier with zippers over snaps
Get information about breastfeeding before the baby comes; then have numbers of Le Leche League and lactation consultants on the fridge in case you need help after the baby comes
they do change and grow so fast; savor moments rocking and holding that baby
