Week 1:
The first week kinda sucked with headaches and serious cravings of sugar, but I was just trying to break some bad holiday habits, so I knew it was going to take some time. But I woke up early to do Wii yoga, we went for a walk, I did 100 sit ups and I didn't eat anything with sugar (except for fresh fruit.)
Week 2:
I lost 4 lbs from when I weighed myself on the 1st of Jan. However,I was on my period, so I don't think it totally counts as a 4 lb loss, but I'll take it! This past weekend we walked through the park and took a walk around the neighborhood as well, both at a brisk pace.
Monday Exercise:
This morning I did 100 sit ups, some stretching, 15 minutes on the eliptical, 20 lunges, 30 squats most of them holding a squirming toddler! I'm going to go back out to the garage to try to do another 15 minutes on the eliptical while Summer plays in the backyard.
This afternoon I did another 10 squats and high toe lifts (holding Summer!) Whew, I was winded!! I ended up doing another 18 minutes on the eliptical later in the afternoon as well as some pilates (series of 5, etc.) Good to get back to pilates!!!!! Also did another 100 situps...well, crunches.
Tues:

....ok and this is where I stopped writing things down, but fortunately I didn't stop exercising, so that is the most important part! I'm trying to get down to my pre-pre pregnancy weight from last time. I'm already down to my pre pregnancy weight, but when I was pregnant with Summer I caught a stomach virus thing and was sick in the hosp. for a week and lost 15 lbs at 7 1/2 weeks preggo! And it took me a really long time to gain those 15 lbs when I was preggo, so I hope to get down to that weight before I get preggo again...but we'll see. I at least want to get stronger and healthier. I shouldn't really worry about the number cuz that's silly...but it's still nice to see a "good" number!
I started on the 31st of Dec, so I'm now starting week 5! This month seems to be taking forever for some reason. I've been walking everyday it's not raining and last night I did a Jillian Michael's DVD and it totally kicked my butt! Last Thurs I did my first Zumba class and so I'm going again tonight. It's only 1 night a week. I wish it was more since it's such a great workout, but I'm not going to go find another class when I'm already paying for 24 hour fitness.
Also, this is kind of crazy since it's been so cold (for So Cal anyway), but next Sat I'm starting a 4 week (only on Sat) surfing class! I'm sooooo excited!! It's called "Surfing Mama's" and it's taught by women designed for women and they provide the wetsuit and the surfboard! I can't wait! I love to surf and it's been so long so I figured I'd take a lesson again since I'm so rusty. But I'm nervous since it's gonna be soooooo damn cold in the water! The Pacific Ocean is always really cold, even in the summer, so I'm expecting it's a full suit, if not I'm sure to burn a bunch of calories trying to stay warm!!
Anyway, Hopefully I'll loose some weight after all this is said and done! I've decided to take a few weeks and write down everything I'm eating as well to see where my weak spots are. We've been having a hard time at night not eating junk food after dinner, so I've been drinking a lot of herbal tea, without honey. It seems to help a bit, especially when it's chilly.
Step by step. Some days are better than others, so I just need to look at the big picture. ....OK, gotta take advantage of the beautiful day and go walk. I think it's supposed to rain today.
