Ladies...

I am sooo excited to share this with you!!! I know I'm sounding a little crazy, but this documentary was really really worth wtching and I would feel bad keeping it to myself! It's made by Ricki Lake (talk show host in the USA) after she had a "normal" birth in the hospital with her first. She felt as though she didn't actually get to appreciate and enjoy the experience of giving birth. So when she got pregnant the 2nd time she opted for a natural home birth (they show it in the video!) and it was an amazing feeling of accomplishment and a real bond with her baby! This video was WONDERFUL! It almost made me cry! (probably just my hormones actin up again!) It is very informative, even if you have already decided on what type of birth you want, I would still suggest for you to see this! I talks about everything we think we already know!!!
