02-7-2008 - two month update

My mood while writing this blog: ok

annabelle had her two month check-up yesterday. we got there and they weighed and measured her. she now weighs 10lbs. and 13oz. whick is exactly in the 50% and she is 22 inches long which is in the 48 %. he said she is perfect. he then checked her motor skills which was just her head controll and stuff. he said it was great and she is right on target. new tasks to work on with her is tummy time more often. it doesn't seem like she should be old enough for tummy time. lol. next came the bad part. two nurses came in and had me hold down her arms and they both poked her at the same time she was sleeping and instantly woke up screaming and i started crying. i am such a big baby. once i picked her up and held her she stopped crying. the shots gave her a little upset tummy she had diarriah and spit up several times yesterday. poor baby. this month has been an exciting one. she grew out of her first outfit it was her premee dress and i put all her baby hats and mittens away she doesn't wear them anymore it is to hot. we traded them in for sun bonnets. we got a new jungle activity gym for tummy time and she loves it. she falls asleep under it all the time. she is smiling and trying to laugh it is so cute. she also coos like she is having a real conversation with you. she is a wonderful baby. she makes me want to do this again.lol.
