19-6-2008 - First Trimester

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

I decided to clean up the main page and I'm putting all the stuff I blogged on there in here.. The proper place for it. lol.

05/06/08 - 9 weeks

Ugh, last night was the WORST! This is going to be TMI, but right before I fell asleep I got this horrible stomach pain and I was so miserable and just thought to myself, if this pain is that, I'll never be able to deal with contractions, so I sat on the toilet and went to the bathroom three times, is that normal??? then I tried to lay down again and got this horrible pain again, I wanted to cry! so I make another trip to the bathroom and I threw up. after that, I wash my face and washed out my mouth, and I was able to go to bed. Today I'm officially 8 weeks pregnant. I'm going to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in two weeks for my aunts wedding and I want to wear a bikini, hopefully, I'm not showing by that time. Maybe, i can get away with a monikini. lol.

05/13/08 - 10 weeks

Sometimes I feel better, other times I feel worse. :( The good thing is that I really haven't had much morning sickness like throwing up. My breasts are still sore and my back hurts sometimes, but it usually goes away quickly. this week I have an appointment. and they sent me an appointment for June 3rd, for the down syndrome test thingy. I have to go to this other office in Weston, to see that specialist. Sunday was last day of work and it feels great. Ofcourse, I'm looking for another job but I had enough of that job. they were on some BS. I also started summer semester yesterday, I'm only taking two classes. I hope all of you had a great mother's day! I spent it working =/ but we celebrated on Saturday with G's family, we went to breakfast at Latin America, then we went to see my aunt. and I saw my father who I haven't seen in a year. they don't know I'm pregnant yet. I'm planning to tell them after my aunt's wedding.

5/14/08 - still 10 weeks

I saw my OB/GYN yesterday. Everything looks good so far but I've gained 9 lbs. since the last visit, four weeks ago. She says I need to take brisk walks daily. The baby was moving when she did the ultrasound, it was so amazing! I also forgot to add, I got some flowy tops and a dress yesterday, my size SMALL shirts dont fit anymore, my boobs look squished. I need to get new bras also. =/

6/03/08 - 13 weeks

Oops! I didnt do a 11 week or 12 week update. At 11 weeks, I was too busy packing and getting ready for my aunt's wedding in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and at 12 weeks, I was trying to adjust to being back home and going back to school. LMAO. I was thisclose to dropping my math class but I can't keep putting it off, I've already dropped it twice before so I'm just going to put my all into it, that way I can graduate by next summer, next fall at the latest. My aunt's wedding was beautiful. she looked gorgeous. I cried when they were exchanging vows. My dad's side of the family now knows that I'm pregnant so it's all good. I'm 13 weeks today. I had to get the IntegratedScreen test, which is the down syndrome exam. They drew blood and did an ultrasound. I got more U/S pics of my lil squishy (the baby, lol). It was soo cute! He or She was kicking while they were doing the U/S, the lady was trying to check to see if she can see the sex but she says she cant see it yet, she said by 15 weeks that's already formed. but who knows when i'll find out. I hope all of the exams come back ok! Pray for me, please! Next week I have an appt with my regular OB, cant wait to see what she says. Oh, and I lost two pounds! Wooohooo!
