My mood while writing this blog: Ok

So, things are still going the same. I saw my new Dr. last week and I love him! He put me on procardia to help stop the pre-term labor but I don't think it is working much. Plus the medicine makes me feel absolutely horrible! It is a blood pressure med and it lowers your BP. Mine is normally 100/60 with out it so now mine is very very low, which makes me feel very tired......I have to take it in the A.M. so I sleep all morning and day and am up all night.........I always look very flushed and very light headed....I see him again tomorrow and he's going to do an ultrasound to check the length of my cervix. He told me that once my cervix gets to 2.5cm in length I will be hospitalized until I deliver. Also, he said he will be surprised if I make it past 28 weeks....which is a bit over 4 weeks away. I see a specialist on Monday to do a level III ultrasound and to evaluate this whole history or premature labor. My Doc is contributing it to the fact that I was born with spina bifida, although my spine was closed. He said my lower back and pelvic is not formed like a normal persons which means it does not provide my uterus with the proper support......

Now onto the issue with my son. His father once again backed out on our agreement so we are going to court! I just paid my attorney another 1K and next week he will be getting an emergency custody order so I can go pick up my son. That kind of order does not require the notification of the other party. After 10 days, we will go to court! So now it is just a waiting game.

On a good note we traded in my chevy colorado truck for a 2009 Ford Focus SEL! I absolutely love it. It has leather interior, heated seats and mirrors, USB connection for IPOD and it talks to you! It has the voice sync system which allows you to use the phone and ipod without touching either one! I have gotten pretty annoyed at the ladies voice, even calling her a bit** when she couldn't comprehend what I was saying. Gotta love new technology. I told the salesman at the dealer that there oughta be an option to change the voice...as I would rather have a sexy man voice talking to me!!!!!
