20-7-2010 - Hey Everyone!!

My mood while writing this blog: okay

hey ladies! its been a while! i have like 81 msgs to go through! i never thought i could stay away from this site for so long lol a lot has happened in the last little while, my life is crazy, it always seems like it is anyways!! well lets see what has happened....i applied to school, waiting to hear back if im accepted, im going to be taking the practical nursing program (LPN) its a 2 year course then once i'm done i can get a job at the hospital and after an additional 2 years i could get my RN- registered nurse. so i'm excited about that!
I was in the hospital last week :/ wednesday morning i had an onset of intense, sharp pain in my lower abdomen, i felt like i was going to die, i couldnt move for like 30 minutes, all i did was cry, it was unreal....so then i called 811 and told the nurse what was wrong with me and she told me to not drink or eat anything and come in right away and she forwarded my info to the ER. I got there, waited a good while in pain, almost passed out, i was alone because i had to get savs dad to watch her and his car was broken (somebody slashed his tire!) and my parents weren't home so i took a cab to the hospital (ambulances are too expensive lol) anyways, once i got in to see the doctor he thought it might have been my appendix so he ordered me an xray and a pelvic u/s then told me i could get something for the pain (finallly!), he gave me an u/s on the portable machine and then said i had fluid in my pelvis but he would get the tech to do a better u/s for me. then i waited forever to hear what was wrong with me after they took 7 vials of blood and hooked me up to the IV, ugh i missed savanaa like crazy lol i called home and i started crying when she told me she missed me on the phone :( little while later he comes back and tells me that i had a corpus luteum hemmoragic ovarian cyst that had ruptured, it was leaking kinda it was about 7cm (i did NOT know it was there i had no symptoms what so ever until wednesday morning) and there was a 'moderate' amount of fluid in my abdomen at that point and it was still going so the doc decided to keep me overnight to monitor me and make sure it didn't get worse, the gyno came to see me in the morning and told me that i should be okay to go home and come back for an u/s in 6 weeks, and wrote me a prescription for the pain and then i was free to go! i got home and sav was like ' i miss u a day(today) mommy' lol cutest thing ever!!! but yeah that was that ordeal
sav turned 2 on the 19th!! my big girl :) i can't believe how big she is getting! 30.5 lbs and 35in long! she had a blast, she was singing happy birthday to herself!! she loved her presents, my parents spoiled her as always :/ haha grandparents! the doc said her speech is excellent and i was like yeah i know we conversate all the time lol
so yeah, i'm doing good at the moment, pain has subsided and i'm not looking forward to AF at all but i will manage !! i miss you ladies so much, most of you don't have facebook so we don't really keep in touch as often but i think and pray for you all all the time!! i can't wait to get reading on what you have all been up to!!
