18-7-2009 - What to do???

Hi ladies,

I was hoping someone can give me advice on what to do. I figuered since we're all preggo, you ladies would understand what i'm going through. It's not that big of a deal...

Today there's a celebration near where i live that's called XFest. It's a 21 and over thing and there will be a lot of bands and drinking involved. It's an outside event in a downtown city (a lot of night clubs around), it starts in the evening till around 2am. I've gone to this event previous years and it can get pretty crazy, depending on the "crowd" you go with...

Well i would go with my husband and some of his friends. Also some of my girlfriends will be there too, everyone is pretty much laid back. I just don't know if i should be going to something like that at this stage of my pregnancy??? What do you ladies think??? TO GO or NOT TO GO???? That is the question....

You know what, as long as you are not drinking and acting crazy, I don't think that it would be a bad idea to go with your husband. Besides, you said your friends are pretty chill, and I am sure they will look out for you. If it gets too crazy and you feel uncomfortable just leave. That sounds kind of like this event we have downtown once a month. It's called the pub crawl and you walk downtown to different restaurants and bars and there is live music and food. Hopefully my husband and I will be going next month. Just be careful and take it easy and I don't see a problem with it.
