30-7-2009 - SOOOO ITCHY!!! FrustratedMy mood while writing this blog:
Frustrated

HAAAAA!!! I'm so itchy!!! It's driving me insane!!! Went to the dr's last Friday and he prescribed some creme that is just not cutting it...i'm still itchy!! He told me i could take benadryl, but it makes me sooooo sleepy and it still doesn't take the itch away, so i stopped taking it.

The problem is a rash looking thing on both of my legs on the lower front side of them. He (my dr.) had no clue what it is, since it's not on my belly. They are starting to swell and the rash just seems to be getting worse!! I put the prescribed creme on them only at night, since in the day i go out to work and sometimes in the sun...he says to "stay out of sun" so legs won't get stained. So during the day i only put on cortizone creme...still not helping!!!

I'm tired of it!!! Had it for over two weeks and i still have 6 more weeks to go!!!! I don't know if i'll survive!!!

Hmm, what about adding some Vit E oil to the cortizone? I get horrible rashes during pregnancy as well and I have found that the Vit E helps them heal faster while the cortizone helps take away some (not all) of the itching.
