| 07-11-2009 - Loving Motherhood | My mood while writing this blog:adorded |
Well girls, I hope everyone babies are growing and thriving. Silas is 5 1/2 months already, I don't know where all this time went. Its getting to be fall here and I put up some new fall pictures on my profile if you want to check them out. When Silas was 5 mo he weighed in at 18 lbs excatly. I bet now he is close to 18.5lbs. I just got most of his 3-6mo clothes out of the dresser and the new 6-9mo clothes in, something I have been putting off for a couple weeks now. I am still breastfeeding, I have been giving him cereal sense 3mo, but baby food and some table food now for the last month. He likes it! I have a food grinder which makes it very easy to just gride up whatever we have for supper for him. He does good with all types of foods, expect beef, I guess he just isn't ready for red meat yet. I know theres alot of say about 4mo or 6mo to start foods but, he is still getting most nutrion from breastmilk. I just love how he can do different things now. Sitting alone, turning over and over all over the floor, jump really high in his jumper. He is just so strong. :) My husband and I would love to get pregant again, I haven't had a period yet sense I gave birth, I guess due to breastfeeding. I hope it will return soon so we can add to our family. I love staying at home with him and couldn't imagine going back to work. I always wanted to have kids and a family, but its better than I ever expected.
