| 26-4-2009 - 2ww during m/c cycle | My mood while writing this blog:ok |
Well, I ovulated this cycle on CD 22 of my m/c cycle. I am happy that my body has gotten back into normal mode, and is doing what it is supposed to. I am now 3 dpo, and we ttc this cycle. There is such a mixed review over if it is okay or if you should wait but we were more than ready to keep trying and my doc said that I could wait a cycle, but that there was also no physical reason to not try right away, and that it would not increase a chance of miscarriage. The way I look at it is I waited 17 months after having DD before trying and I still M/C. I have had a couple friends get PG right away that same cycle and now have beautiful children to show for it.
I have found on numerous sites that if you have carried a baby to term your chance of miscarriage with your next pregnancy is only 5 percent! What are the chances! 5% and so many still miscarry. If you have had a miscarriage your last pregnancy, than there is a 20% chance. Yikes! I really thought that since I had DD everything would be fine.
This cycle I o'ed five days later than I normally would have, and my bleeding only lasted 2 days longer than it normally would and also wasn't that much heavier, just a little more clotty. I am hoping that with Oing late it will have given my lining enough time to get nice and thick for implantation.
I am now hoping for the best, but still preparing for the worst.
