Why is this baby taking soooo long? Im so over this pregnancy, i cant wait to walk properly again! And cant imagine what it s like not to have to go to the toilet every hour for just 5 mills! The joints of my legs have been acheing so bad for the last few weeks and this baby feels like it s getting huge- he s 6 days overdue now, going by my dates and not the ultra sound. My last baby weighed 10 pound 2 oz and my babies keep getting bigger so far :( I was really hoping for an 8 pounder, but the chances of that are low! He feels so heavy when im on my back. Every day i wake up hoping today is the day. I went to the doctors yesterday and he checked me for dialation.....the first time he s checked mind you, and said that he cant even feel my cervix because it s at the back (or something wierd like that... i didnt really understand what he ment) He was going to do a stretch, but couldent. He has booked me in to be induced on the 12th of march... that s still a week away. By that time this baby is going to be HUGE im sure of it :( OMG im going to be pushing out an 11 pounder NOOOOOOO. I am really hoping to go into labour today or tomorrow, but feel like i wont *sigh*

daffy i'm with you!!! i'm nearly a week overdue and i can't take it anymore either! The midwives keep saying relax dont' think about it, how can you not when you have nothing else to do!! I got a sweep on tues and they said the same thing, closed and tight, so next one is next tuesday and then they will discuss what to do next, but in scotland they let you go 14 days past before they transfer you over to a doctor..so i'm not a happy camper. I went for a 2 hour walk yesteday and nothing, i don't knwo what to do, and my hips are also making a lot of bad noises!!!
