14-4-2009 - Rh factor? HELP!!!

My mood while writing this blog:

Okay so I'm super nervous. I am 7 weeks pregnant. Last week I called the doc because I had a little bit of spotting, she said it could be normal but I need to come in to see if I was Rh negative, well it just so happens that I am and I had to get a rogham shot. I believe they said the shot is given so my blood doesn't attack the baby. I'm still spotting, no cramping, still have all the pregnancy symptoms. Just want to make sure it's normal to spot...is or does anyone else???? Help

it is normal to spot during pregnancy this was my first time spotting during pregnancy i am RH negative my kids are great no issues it sounds scary but now a days everything is great. Try to relax dont stress i know it is very very hard i would periodically spot with this pregnancy i am now or almost 40wks and anxious to have this lil guy. i googled it and it sounds like something other ladys are also worried about so.... hope it helps even a little..

Hey hun. I'm not familiar with rh- but I'm sure that somebody on this site can help. If I were you I would post in the general pregnancy forum. On a positive note, I do know woman who had spotting in the first trimester and went on to delivere healthy babies. Good Luck.
