30-8-2009 - 27 weeks update

My mood while writing this blog:

Hello Ladies...

Quick update. I just hit 27 weeks yesterday! YEAH!!! Our little guy is getting closer and closer to being here!! We just purchased a few of his bedding items today and hopefully plan on buying his crib tomorrow. This is getting so real it's actually starting to scare me a bit! On Tuesday I have my gestational diabetes test/27 weeks appointment...Wish me luck! Speaking of appointments, does anyone know when I will start seeing my doctor more frequently instead of just once a month. Not that I want to be at the doctors all the time but I would like to heart our babies heart beat more often :)....

In other news...My step son's 2nd birthday is right around the corner on September 11th! We plan on doing his party at Chucky Cheese! He's finally starting to realize his baby brother is in my belly :)....

September 12th (The day after my step son's birthday) I will be filling out and sending my baby shower invites!!! I'm soooo excited. Speaking of the invites...do you think it would be wrong to write in the invite "Please bring gift receipts in just in case, thank you :)"

Last but not least I can not get to sleep for the life of me!! I have been staying up till 2-3 in the morning!!! Help!!!

Third trimester here you are!!! It starts to get beyond real when your washing clothes and hanging them up in the closet. Such an exciting time!!

Wow your pregnacy seems to going by so quick. Sorry I cant remember when I started to see the Dr more regularly.

Around 28 weeks you should start seeing the doc every 2 weeks then when you hit 36 weeks you will see them every week. yay. It makes the time go much faster that way.

Hey! I just started week 27 on Sat and I had my sugar test last Thursday. And from here on out, I see the Dr. every 2 weeks.

Hey lady, we are in week 27 yay!!! I had a doc appt this past friday and my doctor said see you in two weeks.. So maybe you'll start going more frequently as well.. Almost there, and good luck with the Glucose test!!!
