My mood while writing this blog: Ok

So I decided to step on the scale this morning and to my surprise I have lost 3 lbs! I am on a very strict diet, so I would of been a bit upset had the numbers not dropped. I love my scale! It is a digital one which is great because it tells you down to the exact point what you have lost- It is much more accurate than the needle kind of scale that waivers back and fourth between numbers. I highly recommend a digital scale to track weightloss.
