16-11-2009 - 6 Months

My mood while writing this blog: Happy

Hey everyone!!! Darrius is 6 months old!! wow I totally can NOT believe it has already been half a year since I pushed his big butt out!!! LOL. My baby is so sweet and smart, he is sitting up on his own, he gets up on his hands and knees and tries to crawl but ends up falling on his face! Its too cute!! He is such a talker. He repeats what me and daddy say. The other day we were both in his face saying mama dada and about an hr after we stopped he was in is crib and I was reading and out of nowhere he said mama dada. I was so shocked that I couldnt believe my ears, Josh ran in from the other room and said did he just say what I think he said and we just looked at each other when DJ said it again. Thats the only times he has said it but it was too cute when he did. He also weighs a whopping 20 lbs and is 2.5 feet tall!!!! Big Baby huh? thats why we call him bubba!!! =)

Now as for me, I am going to school and in my second semster and I LOVE it!!!! Class is great, Im doing everything online so I can just stop in the middle of what Im doing and take care of DJ if I have to. Plus Ive made straight A's this far!! I am also working full time but don't worry I get plenty of time with my boo boo. Plus we dont have to have a babysitter. work days and Josh works nighs so we get the evenings together as a family!! I LOVE my life!!!! Hope everyone elses life is going as good as mine!!!
