Wellll.... in 4 days my lil boy will be 4 months. I don't know his exact weight, but when I get on the scale with him it goes up about 20 lbs. He was 14.5 on October 2 so I wouldn't be surprised if he's near 20 now. Every day he amazes me. Sometimes I wish I could just breath him in. He's such a sweet baby too... and STRONG! He's practically crawling... but it looks a little more like the "inch worm". He got into the habbit of "hoo-ing" for me... I call it his mommy-call. And now he's into the "Mmmmm" sound and He often says "MmmMMmooooo" (Usally if I try to get him to say mama, maybe he's trying to tell me something? ;) )).
He was born with an extra thumb, but oddly enough his lil pinky got amputated in utero. At first I was a lil shocked when I saw his hand and thought it was because I was soo stressed out during my pregnancy and because I needed surgery (appendix removed), so naturally I blamed in on myself... but he's perfectly healthy and the Dr. said that sometimes these things just happen (the amputation was because I had Amniotic band syndrome, but they didn't know about it until I delivered). Now when I look at his hands they're so perfect .. like little miracles. It's so cute watching him as he's watching the world figuring what everything is about. He started smiling socially at 4 weeks .. and laughing about 2 days after he turned 2 months. Now he cracks me up when he laughs because he chuckles soo hard!! He's rolling over, but only from back to tummy... and he hates being on his tummy, so that usually gets him frustrated. My husband is overseas.. so right now it's just me and my lil man!! I love him soooo much!!
