16-9-2008 - My latest cool stuff that I love! good!My mood while writing this blog:
good!

Its so easy to buy tons of stuff trying to find what really works. My latest discovery is the Mally bib! www.mallybibs.com. I love the cute design, how soft and flexible it is and being able to wash (hose) it down and stick it up on my fridge to dry. AND I'm not constantly having to put orange coloured bibs into my wash and having them still come out orange despite soaking it first in stain remover. I gave all my cloth bibs away (except for the cute ones that are good drool collecters).

Then my new sippy cup! I got a NUBY sippy on the recommendation of a friend. I had their bottle already as it is BPA free and has a handle so he can hold it himself. The best part about this sippy is that it doesn't leak! I have a froogo and klean kanteen (with the avent sipper) and an el cheapo from platex. They all leak either around the edges or from the sipper. The froogo sipper is terrible as even I can't get fluid from it- no matter how hard I try.

I also finally got my own Ergo baby carrier after borrowing my friends forever. I love it! It doesn't hurt my back at all and with the waist extender, my husband can carry Isaac with ease! Its good for newborns to 45 lbs- and it really can do it too! I had a three year old in there a few weeks ago and barely noticed the weight!

If anyone else out there has got good recommendations for toys, products that they love- I'm all ears! I'm tired of buying stuff that doesn't work.

Just got the Ina May book you suggested and I am looking forward to reading it!!

I figured my husband would like the Ergo Carrier better than the Moby as it is more masculine, so I will probably get him one for Christmas.

Thanks for the tips.
