12-6-2009 - First Tooth!!

Grace' first tooth came through on 3rd June! (8 1/2MTHS OLD) I wasn't worried about this as our older two didn't cut their first tooth till they were 8 and 9mths. I was just surpirsed in how little she suffered and how quick it actually came through.

About a week before it came through she became unwell with a cough and cold:-(

I didn't link it too teething as we all caught it throughout that week. On the Sunday before we were going to the West Midlands Safari Park for the day. DH was staying at home as he was really suffering from his man flu!! Anyway we went and Grace turned into the dribble monster!! LOL She wet through her dress so bad, good job it was a hot sunny day! She also slept alot that day and wanted me much more and seemed a little more stroppy and quick tempered with us during this day, maybe that could have been the to do with the heat too? She stopped taking any solids and wouldn't let anything go into her mouth apart from her bottle. Grace still managed to sleep through night whoo hoo! Grace was like this for just 3 days before her tooth made its appearence!! She still didn't eat solids for the next 4days after it came through but the day after it came through she stopped dribbling dispite her suffering she still remained her happy smiling little self! Only the one came through so no doubt the rest won't be far behind.....
