27-10-2010 - 32 weeks

My mood while writing this blog: OK

I have just got back from having a growth scan and seeing the gynea and I am happy and blessed to say that all is well with teh little one. We didnt get a very good picture as she had her hand up against her face but she definitely looked bigger than when we saw her at 23 weeks.

She is 3 lbs 13 ozs at the moment and for the first time, my blood pressure was also down-it was 127/77 and I was very happy. The mw who took the reading thought I was concerned about it but seeing it like that when it has always been in teh high 140s/90s was a great relief and I have no trace of protein-yay!!!

I am thinking the earlier intervention I had, going on bed rest for 2 weeks seems to have worked so I am one very happy mama today. I know it can change as I had it come on very suddenly with Aiden but I am still praying knowing that the good God has only the best for me and the baby.

We also have a date for the ceasarean-06/12/10. That is less that 6 weeks away yikes!

And last but not the least still dont have a name-since 06/12 is a monday we know what her african name will be(she will be getting her african name with the day name + my MIL's african name) so that is set. I will probably just end up naming her Elizabeth though I wanted that as a middle name.
