13-4-2008 - Can't sleep!!!!

My mood while writing this blog: Tired

I have to admit this has been such an easy pregnancy in comparison to what I could be dealing with. I had a short stent of nausea, uncontrollable hunger and complete exhaustion at all times of the day. The thing that is driving me crazy right now is that I wake up around 1:00 in the morning EVERY night and cannot get back to sleep for hours!!! My mind is racing a million miles a minute and I cannot get it to calm down. It's not that I'm not tired. I'm so tired I just can't get back to sleep............

Anyone else out there having bouts of insomnia and what do you do to fight it??
