Hi ladies!
My beautiful twin daughters were born 3 weeks ago...on Sept. 17th! I was just over 37 weeks pregnant, and we had a c-cection scheduled for the 24 of Sept. My little ones decided they wanted to meet mommy and daddy before then...and my water broke at 11am on the 17th. Kiara Mackenzie and Elainah Abrielle were delivered via c-cection just after 7:30pm, and I fell madly in love with my little girls! Kiara weighed 5lb 6oz, and Elainah weighed 4lb 14 oz. Within a couple of days kiara's weight had dropped to 5 lbs and Elainah's had dropped to 4 lbs 10oz. They are gaining weight fast since coming home, though! They are Always Hungry! We love our babies so much! It is definitely a huge responsibility having twins...and a huge amount of patience! But they are worth it! Good luck to all you new mommies, and soon to be mommies!
