16-6-2008 - Another Update

My mood while writing this blog: Busy

So hello all. It's been a few weeks since I updated this thing, so here it goes. I have been a busy little mama!! We went to Michigan a few weekends ago to visit my hubby's family and that was fun. I haven't seen some of his family in a while, so it was good to visit with them. We had some bad weather the Sunday before we left to come home. Like, really bad!! My SIL didn't have power for about a day or so. It was crazy!! This past weekend my hubby's best friend, his wife and little boy came up from Chattanooga to visit and that was fun. He is just 14 months old and it gave me good practice for baby proofing our house again!! Our son Jacob will be 7 on Thursday, so he is way past all that stuff!! Luckily my cabinets in my kitchen still have the child locks on them, so that is one less thing I need to do. But I do need to get those little things that go in the outlets. I used to have them in, but like I said, Jacob is well past all that, so we haven't needed them in a long time!! I go for another US on Thursday, which is my son's birthday. I am taking him with me so he can see the baby. He didn't get to go last time because it was his last day of school. He saw the pictures, but I know he will get a kick out of seeing the baby move!! He was really good with our friends little boy over the weekend, so I know he will be a great big brother!! I am feeling pretty good these days. My back hurts me sometimes, but other then that. I'm doing pretty good. Sleeping has been interesting. I will want to roll over on my belly and well I can't because the belly gets in the way. And waking up to pee is really annoying. But, that's not going to change anytime soon, so I guess I need to just suck it up!! Well that's enough for now. I will update after my US on Thursday!!
