11-9-2008 - Dr.\'s Visit

My mood while writing this blog: Worn Out!

Hello all. So just got back from the Dr. and everything went well. I had an US done and he is weighing in at 5lbs 15oz and still measuring 2 weeks bigger. So looks like I'm going to have a big boy!! She still doesn't think I will go to my due date, but he could be stubborn and just not want to come out! Heart beat was good and my belly is still measuring right on where it's supposed to. She will check me again in two weeks, but she didn't check me today. She checked me last week because of the contractions I was having. After my next visit on the 24th. I will go every week. They will check me for that Group B Strep next time I go. I asked about my swollen feet and ankles and she said as long as my blood pressure is fine not to worry about it. Unfortunately, it's just part of being this late in the pregnancy. We couldn't really get a good look at his face today. He was facing my back for most of the time and then he barely turned his head , but he had his little hands right in front of his face. He had his butt all puffed up, kinda like he was mooning us. The US tech kinda laughed at that. He so squished up in there. It doesn't keep him from moving around though, LOL!!

So all is well and I will update after my next visit!!
