My mood while writing this blog: Ok |
So, I can't help myself but worry about my pregnancy. Lately I have been reading that so many girls are losing their babies. I can't help but think if I could be next. I wonder if my babies heart is still beating. All I can do is just cry. I know how it feels to loose a pregnancy...and just makes you feel less of a women. For me losing a pregnancy hurts me, but I think it kills me more when I see the face of my husband. I know I worry too much and my husband keeps telling me not to look at this website anymore cause of my fears. My next app is April 28th and it feels like forever. My morning sickness comes and goes and I get so tired. Everyone keeps telling me if I feel this way, then everything is ok. I'm hoping the best, but it just scares me......

Saturday, 18 Apr I agree if your still having symptoms then all is well! I'm going to order a doppler asap (okay after 12 wks) just for my piece of mind. Like you I have the fears too so I think being able to hear the hb anytime I want would be good. We all need positive support right now. I'm sending some your way!! Babygurll -

Thursday, 16 Apr Everyone when pregnant experiences the same fears of losing the baby, but your friends and doctors are right - if you have not had any reason for concern up to this point, it looks like you are well on your way to a happy, healthy baby. The support on this site is awesome, and many women come here who have had problems with pregnancy (high risk, multiple losses, etc.) ... and the fact remains that up to 50% of pregnancies don't make it past 6 weeks. You are already into the low risk category for loss by making it to 9 weeks. Remember that there are hundreds of healthy pregnancies for every loss posted - Try not to stress too much, and hubby may be right - if you find reading about the losses some of the women have had, maybe taking a break from reading posts will help you to stress less. Wishing you the best! - Diane :)
