Hey my friends.......so today I had my doctor appointment and everything went so great!!!! I'm so excited about our baby girl, I can hardly wait to meet her and hold her for the first time. Her heart was at 150bpm and we are 6 months!!!! WooHoo!!!! It was great cause when he put the doppler on my tummy...she kept kicking that spot...it was too cute. I'm feeling fine besides still having morning sickness in the morning, but it goes away after a bit. I lost about 5 pounds at first trimester of pregnancy cause of the All Day sickness, but gained it back when I was about 15 to 20 weeks. Now I can now say I have gained only 5 pounds during this pregnancy and I'm sure more as I start getting bigger!!! Right now my only complain is my back hurts everyday, but he did say I can start swimming now!!!! WooHoo!!!! Anyways....just thought I would give you all an update!!! Still debating on her name though and a friend of Mat's will be painting a big mirral on the walls of her bedroom....so we r excited!!!!! Talk to ya'll later!!!!!!!

In the first trimester I had really bad lower back pain and bought a maternity belt. It worked wonderfully. I dont have that problem any more but do expect it to come back and will use the belt then. Highly recommend it! Congrats on the great progress!! Nice to hear that you have good friends to paint a nice mural - what are they going to paint? I wish I had that. :)
