15-4-2009 - 35 week appt

My mood while writing this blog: sleepy

Well my 35 week appt was not to interesting, i gained 1.2 lbs since my last appt so total i have gained 3.2 lbs

next the doctor told me the this baby is around 5 lbs already!!! my last baby was 5 lbs 13 oz ans she was overdue... i like small little baby's so i hope she doent get to much bigger... next they swabbed my goddies for the gbs culture. i see multiple docs so the male docs i see or so borning and just come in get to it and get out no conversation or joking around they are not to friendly but the lady midwife is so cool and nice to talk to i see her next week... also next week starts the weekly dr visits which im happy to start... well told you guys it was not to interesting this week just resady to have a baby thats all

oh i have a little bit of some thing that might make you laugh,, since im a nurse and i used to work in L&D i know how to check ladies to see if they are dilating well i taught my husband what to feel for to the best of my ability so lkast night i let him check me and i think he did a pretty good job and even though he had no cllue what he was looking for he did good and he told me he could feel a hard knob like thing in there and i told him its the cervix so i told him that next week im going to have him do it it again to see if that hard part starts opening he actually wasnt grossed out he thought it was cool!!! lol so i have my own doctor.... at home so next week im going to guide my husbnad again to check my cervix .... funny!! thats my only bit of interesting info for you all!!!
