WOW!! I never heard of that but I am SOOO happy I have now!! Seeign as how you went into labor 2 days after eating it I will have to remember this so when it gets close to my due date I can make it and eat it also!! THANKS!!!

but how would you know if it was the eggplant or if it was because your doc stripped your membrane?

I did some research on it and its not the egg parm. that puts u in labor its the oregano that does the trick so if you dont go in labor in 48 hours try a dish with a lot of oregano in it

Okay girls!!! i am so excited!!! first let me update you all. My sweet hubby did go to his sisters graduation, i stayed home had random contractions but nothing happened while he was gone.. he got home around 8pm and we decieded to go eat at Scalini's italin restuarant... they are on the net and have been on tv for there famous eggplant parmeasen causing preggos to go into labor within 48 hours... the food was pretty good... it was a whole lot but i made sure i ate it all.... i finished eating it at 11:21pm est so the clock is ticking this better work!!!! i will let everyone know what is going on with me over the next day or so!!! after i ate the dish the waitress had me sign this baby book where i sign my name number and time i finished if i deliver within 48 hours i get a 25 dollar gift certificate a baby t shirt for the baby and the babys pic goes on their wall of babies,, im so excited!!! can you beleive that there was 9 preggos that ate there today and yestarday like 18!! damn the book had so many pregnant ladys names in it... so im waiting for all the ingredients to digest through my system... keep your fingers crossed for me
