16-6-2008 - AF SUCKS!!!!

My mood while writing this blog: MIXED EMOTIONS

SO TODAY AF REARED HER UGLY HEAD. AT FIRST I WAS UPSET. NOW I'M WORRIED THAT MY CYCLE IS NOT BACK TO ITS NORMAL SELF. I'VE ONLY BEEN OFF OF THE PILL FOR 3 MONTHS. SO FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS ITS COME ON CD 21 NO QUESTIONS ASKED AND NOW TODAY IS SHOWS ON THE 16TH. SO I DON'T THINK I HAD MY OVULATION DAYS CORRECT. SO THAT'S MY BAD. ASSUMING MY BODY WAS BACK TO NORMAL AND ITS NOT. NOW THAT I KNOW I CAN GET ON THE BALL WITH THIS BOOK "TAKING CHARGE OF YOUR FERTILITY". ITS SUPPOSED TO BE MORE ACCURATE.BABY DUST TO ALL. HOPEFULLY I'LL GET A BFP NEXT MONTH.

I just started reading "8 Weeks to Optimum Health." My doc recommended it. Let's get our bodies together and AF will have no choice but to go away for about 9 months!

It's a great book. I learned quite a bit about menstrual cycles, in general, as well as my bodies own fertility signs. Good luck. I definitely think the book will help.
