06-7-2009 - Update on home and scan

My mood while writing this blog: ok i guess

Well thought i would update you fantastic ladies on whats been going on with me. If you had read my last blog you'd know ive not been having much fun lately. After everything that happened Fathers day weekend, me and DF sat down and talked for what seemed like hours. We put everything out on the table and i feel it really helped. I feel commuication is a major factor in keeping a relationship going. Every night since we make sure that we sit down and talk about things....make sure that we are both happy. I still wonder sometimes if im just putting myself out to get hurt again but unfortunately i cant predict the future. I love him with all of my heart and would do anything for him and he has changed so much since we split up last year. I just think that he needs to communicate more which he knows and understands. He is really trying and i will give him credit where its due. He has been so supportive of this pregnancy and is really trying to be involved. That alone makes me realise that he is trying. My experience of this pregnancy is alot more positive and thats because of him so i know he wants us to be a family. I just suppose we will have to wait and see what the future holds!!

Today (July 6th) we had our 20wk scan. It went brilliantly and the baby is just perfect! The only thing was we couldnt find out the sex as babys foot and umbilical cord was in the way. I really felt quite upset and disappointed. I am so thankful that baby is healthy. Just wanted to know if Pearce had a brother or sister lol!! Both me and DF were quite disappointed but we only have 20wks to find out lol!! It will be a nice surprise after all of the hard work is done i suppose!! Just need to buy lots of neutral colours!!
