So you're pregnant.... now what? Now I wait and enjoy my pregnancy and the time I have with my husband. I love the babies growing inside me and continue to be in awe of the miracle of pregnancy.

Was this baby planned? The baby was planned - just not for a specific time frame. We weren't trying and we weren't not trying. It happened and we're ecstatic!!

When and where was this baby concieved? Around February 22nd ish, 2008 (or around that weekend). No idea where though!! : )

When did you first think you were pregnant? The first week in March I couldn't get enough Ceasar's (alcoholic drink) and normally I HATE clamato juice. I ordered and drank one every chance I got. It was just weird. Now I can't stand them again!

When did you confirm you were pregnant? We bought a HPT the weekend of March 9th, 2008. We took the first one that day and the second one a day later (March 10th). Both turned positive right away!! We found out about having twins on April 23rd, 2008 after a trip to the ER.

Have you gone to the doctor? The doctor confirmed the pregnancy on March 11th, 2008.

Did you hear your baby's heartbeat? Just recently on June 2nd, 2008. The doctor managed to find both heart beats. It was amazing!!

Can you feel your baby move? Also just recently - on June 4th early in the morning (4am) after I got up to go to the bathroom and couldn't fall asleep after. I could feel them both moving around.

Is this your first pregnancy? It is my first.

Are you excited? Very, very, VERY excited!!

When are you due? Originally Nov.17th, 2008 (my late Grandpa's birthday - which made it so special) but now with twins, who knows? I haven't seen the OBGYN to give me a new date.

What about morning sickness? Had any? Not really. I had to eat or I felt like being sick. Only twice did anything actually come out of me.

Is it actually in the morning? I mostly felt sick around dinner time and in the evenings.

Does your body ache 24/7? Not all the time, but I've had my fair share of achey-ness

How much weight has you gained? I lost 2 lbs the first two months and gained 5 lbs by the third month

Have people noticed? I have a pretty good buddha belly going on right now so people do notice. With twins it's expanded earlier - but right on track. Mostly it's people who know me who notice more as I had a pretty flat tummy before pregnancy.

Do a lot of people already know? Mostly just our friends and family. I haven't announced it but if they ask "what's new?" I'll fill them in. I'm not trying to keep it a secret, just not letting the world in on it.

What other pregnancy symptoms have you had? VERY sore boobs, tummy pulls and aches, VERY tired most of the time (although, I've gotten a bit more energy recently), can be quite moody and emotional (I cry a lot), my face and back have taken turns breaking out.

Are you happy? Overall, I am very happy. I love my life right now - it's everything I've wanted and dreamed of!!

Do you cry more? A LOT more!! I cry over anything!! : )

Do you think labor will hurt? I'm sure it will. I don't dwell on it because it is what it is. However I can bring these babies into the world healthy is all that matters. Women have been bringing children into this world for years and years and continue to do it so it must not be that bad...and such a good reward in the end.

Who will be in the room with you? Just the hubby. We want to do this together, us and only us, because it is our special time to welcome our children. Oh, him and the bazillion docs and nurses too. I guess there's two sets for each baby. Modesty - out the window!!

Are you prepared for that pain? I think so, but it's still early. Again, I don't think about it too much. No need to stress now.

Are you ready to be a mom? I am very ready. I am a bit nervous but who isn't? I hope I can tend to two babies at once but am sure that I will get into a pattern and know how to take care of both of them.

Did you have any ultrasounds yet? None yet...only 8 more sleeps!! (June 17th)

What are you craving? No real cravings. I tend to eat a few more poutine's (fries, cheese curds and gravy) than I probably should!! : )

Boy, girl or surprise? We will find out but not until June 17th. It makes it easier for us to plan for two.

What does Daddy want to have? Daddy would like boys, but will take healthy babies regardless of gender.

What does Mommy want to have? Mommy would also like boys, but again, doesn't matter as long as they're healthy.

Any names? They are picked out but will remain a surprise until they babies make their entrance into the world!!

What color hair does Daddy have? Dirty blonde with cute little curls when it gets long.

What color hair does Mommy have? Brunette with bone straight hair

What color eyes does Daddy have? Greenish bluey gray - they seem to change color

What color eyes does Mommy have? Green

Will the baby have any siblings? If so, how many? No siblings. They will have each other.

Have you bought any baby things yet? Yes, I've bought a few outfits, stuffed animals from Disneyland, diapers and just recently some bottles.

What brand of diapers will you use? Pampers

Formula or breast-feeding? I'm going to give breast feeding a shot. I will keep trying until I get it or can't do it. Then I'll switch to formula.

Any days you wish you weren’t pregnant? None...not even the hard or sick days.

Are you doing anything that makes you feel guilty? No, I think I'm doing everything I should be doing.

Have you had any alcoholic drink during your pregnancy? If yes, how much? I've only had sips of my husbands beer here and there. That's it. I sure do miss beer on a patio though. Oh well, next summer.

Is there any one to help you with the baby after its born? There will be LOTS of help. I have my husband, parents on both sides, brother, sister in law, co-workers, and friends.

What is the one thing you miss doing since you've gotten pregnant? I miss going on rides (when we went to Disneyland) and having wine with dinner. I miss being able to stay up late.

What is the first thing you'll do after the babies are born? Hopefully I'll be able to take them home soon and get into the parent thing. I'm going to take things slowly and get to know my babies.

Is the Daddy taking Paternity leave? So far that's the plan. I get 9 months and he gets 3. Thank goodness we get 12 months off!! We'll see if Daddy changes his mind.

What's the one thing you hate about being pregnant? I hate getting bladder infections and having to go to the bathroom so many times. Constipation isn't fun either.

Do you regret getting pregnant? Not at all, not even for a second.

Are you going to have any more kids after this? If yes, how many? Not sure. We'll see. It it's two boys I may want that little sister for them...and if it's two girls we will need a boy. Hard to say.

Are you and the baby's daddy married? We are. We were married Sept. 8, 2007

Are you getting the epidural? Not sure. Depends on how I deliver these twins.

Have you had any Braxton Hicks yet? Not that I know of. I guess if I did I would know.

Are you ready for the baby to come out? Not yet. I need them to grow a bit longer. Besides mom and dad aren't ready for them just yet.
