Ok, I havent taken any vitamins since I've gotten pregnant. I attempted to at first but they make me soooo sick. My doctor told me not to worry about them (weird I know) so I havent. The baby is healthy now but I dont want it to effect him in the long run.... I plan on breast feeding as long as I can to make up for this..... any one else skipping out on vitamins?

I don't know if you tried it but I take my vitamins right before bed, that way when they make me feel sick I'm sleeping and don't know it. Just a suggestion, but if your doc is ok with it then don't worry too much if you miss out on em.

Gurl yes.. I havent taken 1 single vitamin.. Nothing to brag about at all. But im w/ you, they make me soooo sick. How do i kno'? B/c i attempted 2 take them w/ my first child. I hated them. I took them off and on for the first month or 2 but i stopped and neva took them after that, and my son is perfectly fine and really healthy. In fact i've been very blessed w/ his health. I dont have one of those children who constantly get sick, i mean he gets the regular colds and such b/c he's in daycare w/ other kids but nuthen serious, no ear infection or major things.. And i still havent took ne @ all w/ this 1.. My babee appears 2 b in very gewd health. THANK GOD!! Ur babee should be ok
