Yesterday was my monthly prenantal appointment. I wasn't sure if I was going to find out the gender or wait, but I ended up not being able to wait, lol. My husband and I talked and decided that we wanted to do something in order to make it memorable instead of just having the doc announce it. So we had him write it on a piece of paper. Then after the appointment we went to the department store; we picked out one boy outfit and one girl outfit. Then, my husband walked the clothes up to the register and asked the cashier if she would look at the paper after we walked awway, ring up the appropraite outfit, and gift wrap it along with the receipt, then hide the other one so we couldn't tell. She had no problem and was very nice about it. So when we got home we waited as long as possible to open "our present" (which wasn't very long, lol). And there it was. We are having a.....BOY! I am so excited. I always thought a little girl to add to our family would be nice, so I was surprised at how excited I am that it is another little man. Mommy's little boy. I am over the moon with happiness. I can't wait to go through all of my son's old clothes and start rehashing the memories. I am so excited!!!!!

What a great way to find out! Congrats, I am also due with my second little boy the same week! It will be fun to watch our little guys grow up with brothers!
