| 02-2-2010 - Not Fun! | My mood while writing this blog:Ok |
So....last Tuesday night, the 27, I was having shortness of breath. It was hard to talk becuase of it. So much to my protest, my DH made me go to the hospital to get checked out. I went for shortness of breath. Turns out I was having contractions 2-4 minutes. I didn't really start feeling them until about an hour after I was at the hospital. It sucked. I was admitted and given fluids and a pill every 4 hours to stop the contractions. They never stopped but slowed a lot. I was able to go home the next afternoon because I was not dilating anymore. Being in the hospital reminded me of how much I hated it last time. I am excited to experience labor again, but dread the hospital stay : ( . Then Sunday night it started all over again so i had to go to the docs Monday morning to get more medicine. My belly feels like I did 1001 crunches because of the contractions tightening my muscles. I want a tight tummy again, but not this way lol. Oh well, they don't think I am in any danger of delivering to early. So i am not worried, just really really uncomfortable. That was my wonderful adventure for the week.
It is true, every pregnancy is different. I didn't experience a single contraction until I the day I was induced with my son. Now my little princess wants to make her prescence known already. She is already a demanding one just like her mommy : ) My poor DH, lol.
