I know that after a miscarriage your body has to regulate to get back to normal, but what is normal? My period are irregular.

Do you think this will regulate my periods?

I am a smoker and I know that I need to quit and get healthy before I start again.

I have started watching what I eat.....I eat more fruit.

I still can't get myself to eat as much veggies as I should. I only like corn and I can't eat that all the time you know?

I bought some V8 Splash and that is about how close I will get to V8's....lol

Just watching my chart my temps seem to be just going downhill with the exception of a little pop in temperature every now and then.

Is this normal? My chart looks like a big ol' down hill

Oh well, I guess I will just see what happens.

Good plan you've got there - I drink V8 Splash too :) I hate tomato juice! Are you still taking pre-natals? Vitamin , B6 and 12, don't forget, are all good too ;) If you are irregular, it might take a bit longer to get back on schedule. With your temps going down, it'll be easier to spot the rise that marks ovulation. Good luck!
