As most of you know AF showed up on the 22nd.
The wierd thing about this period is normally I would be dopped up on Midol for a couple days and then I would only take 4 the last of my cycle.
This cycle Tylenol actually worked for me.
I was very surprised, but whats different from this cycle then all the rest of my cycles were my diet.
I am a very big fast food eatter, but we have recetly been eatting alot more home cooked meals and I think that is really why my cramp pains went down so much. Granted I am still eatting fatty foods, but there home cooked, not fast food.
I know you guys may think I'm crazy, but lets compare before and after.
Before:
Breakfast: Nothing, but occasional Jack In The Box or McDonalds
Lunch: McDonalds
Snack: Little Cesars Pizza
Dinner: McDonalds or Jack In The Box
Now, Imagine eatting the same thing everyday and sometimes eatting McDonalds 3 times a day every day.
Now:
Breaksfast: Nothing, Sometimes Oranges and occasional Jack In The Box
Lunch: Whatever I had for dinner the night before
Dinner: Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans Or Spag & Garlic Bread....Etc.
From me going from Fast Food to Home cooked meals and eatting vegetables....
My cramps being on a scale from 1 - 10 my cramps were way past 10. Me not being able to move....Function and eat the first 2 days
to my cramps being a 3 now and being very functional and more headaches, but not to bad with the exception of the second day in this cycle when my headache wouldn't go away.
I have stopped drinking soda and rarley eat chocolate.
In my 26 years of living and 14 years of Periods this is the best period I have ever had. I hope they stay like this for the rest of my Period career....lol
Like I said, you may think I'm crazy, but it has really worked for me because I never ate vegetables basically nothing healthy for me and now I'm eatting as healthy as I can with both fruits and vegetables.
