My mood while writing this blog: Bored |
Lately I have been feeling really wierd.
I feel like I'm not the pregnant type.
I mean yeah I'm having twins, but I'm such a baby and I don't want to do anything.....go anywhere....or even go to work anymore.
Are these feelings normal? I'm just feeling so over it that I'm ready to give birth already or get to the bedrest part.
Is that horrible?
I always told myself that I can't wait to get preggo, but now its not what I thought. I thought it was just very easy to get through....I thought that your just pregnant and your tummy gets big and thats it.
I never felt like this.....Like I kinda don't want to get preggo again. Maybe its the first timers blues or something, but its not what I thought it was gunna be like at all.
Thanks for listening to my rant ladies!

Tuesday, 4 Aug Okay, totally normal! Whenever someone tells me that they are pregnant, I ask them how they are feeling and of course most women say, "I feel good" My reply is, "tell me how you really feel!" I remember feeling the exact same way when I was pregnant with my DD. I even had moments where I thought, "what the heck did I get myself into! i'm not ready for this!" And yet I couldn't wait to be pregnant. I always tell eveyone that no one tells you what pregnancy is really like, but if you want to know, I will! Now, don't get me wrong I love my DD and would go through it a million times over just to have her, but pregnancy is not fun! It can be very painful at times (stretching ligaments! Ouch!!!) Depressing because for me as the weight came on I didn't want to leave the house I felt so disgustingly unattractive! and you are exhausted, not to mention the 24 hour feeling of nausea! Now here is the great part, when you start to feel that baby move it is the most exciting feeling in the world! Yes, at first it feels kind of gross, like a snake is slithering inside of your stomach (sorry, if this disturbs anyone) but it is amazing to know that is your baby moving around inside of you, especially when your whole stomach shifts to one side, or you can feel the difference between there little bum and their head! So hang in there, put your feet up if that is what you want to do, and know that in about a month or two it will get so much better. I am so enjoying this pregnancy way more than I did with my DD, because I know now what the outcome is like, and how fast the pregnancy goes by. Hang in there, and know that you are not alone, and I think most women will say they have felt the exact same way. Sorry for the long rant! hopefully3 -

Monday, 3 Aug Don't worry hun it's perfectly normal. Between the hormones, the stress that the changes your body is going through and everything else, your body and mind just wants to rest. Take care hun! Hope you start feeling better. happyforest -

Monday, 3 Aug its ok that u feel this way being pregnant is hard most people say how great it is but i disagree the great part to me is having the baby lol im sure its especially hard for u because this is your first time being pregnant and its with twins this is my 3rd pregnancy and im having twins also and its really difficult to get around and do things but u should try to do what u can while u can because bed rest may come and then u wont be able to do anything thats where im at right now i had a scare and started contracting so now everyday that im pregnant im thankful that my babys are still doing well and my body is still holding up youngmum- -

Monday, 3 Aug Just take a deep breath! It is VERY difficult to go through with one child let alone twins. Try to find something about it that you enjoy. If you enjoy your belly growing focus on that. It wont make sense now but enjoy every minute even if you feel blah because when it's over you will miss it SO much!!!
