04-8-2009 - My first

My mood while writing this blog:
Ok

This morning the most wierdest thing happened. I was taking my picture for my 10 week belly and then I was getting ready for work.

I was brushing my teeth and as normal I gagged. It feels like my gag reflexes are getting better, anyways after I did my 1 little gag normally I don't do it anymore, but it just wouldnt stop.

I believe I had my first morning sickness this morning, but I didn't have anything in my stomach it was just some hot liquid (tmi).

My BF says its stomach acid. I told him that was not fun at all. I hate sitting there praying to the porcelin god when nothing is coming out. I kindof freeze and can't move until I'm done.

Sorry hun, part of the joys of being pg, I know it's not what you want to hear. But sounds like it may be intermitant (sp?) for you. Take care of yourself and try eating a couple of crackers when you first get up.

if u feel like u have to throw up or u are dry heaving drink some cold water so that way at least something will come up and if the water is cold its more soothing to your body and throat when u get sick this really worked for me

oh trust me on one thing dont eat raw carrots!!!!! they are the worst thing to throw up!!!!!!!!! trust me on that!!!!! its worst then the dry heaves, cuz they get "stuck" in your throat and it makes it hard to puke!!!!!

My first pregnancy I had the same issue and now with this pregnancy I gag everytime I brush my teeth. ESPECIALLY when I brush my tongue. I have to go very easy cause if I don't I gag so bad, and one time I actually threw up in the sink, that was like a week ago. I had this issue during my whole pregnancy with my DD. So I know I will continue to have it with this baby too ; )
